Grievance Redressal

A clear route for escalating unresolved concerns about the platform, your data, member conduct, or billing.

This page explains how to raise a formal grievance about Maratha Manch. It applies to concerns about the platform, member conduct, personal data, payments, or other issues that have not been resolved through normal support.

Start with support

If you are signed in, submit the issue through Feedback first. Include the details needed to investigate your concern and keep a copy of the request. Using the account-linked support route helps us verify the request and review the relevant records.

When to raise a formal grievance

Use the grievance process for an unresolved concern about your personal data, a billing or membership issue, a suspected breach of our Terms or Community Guidelines, or another material issue with the service. If the concern relates to an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authorities first.

Information to provide

To help us investigate, provide your registered name and mobile number or email address, a clear description of the issue, relevant dates, profile or order references, supporting screenshots or records where appropriate, the support request reference if you have one, and the outcome you are seeking. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or unnecessary sensitive information.

How we handle a grievance

We will review the information provided, request clarification where needed, and respond through the available contact channel. Timeframes can vary depending on the complexity of the issue, the information available, and any legal requirements that apply.

Grievance Officer information

Before public operation, Maratha Manch must publish the current Grievance Officer's name, legal entity, registered address, dedicated email address, and contact availability on this page. Those details are not configured in the current application, so do not rely on placeholder contact information from an earlier version of this page.

Your rights

This process does not limit any right or remedy available to you under applicable law. You may also use the Privacy Policy, Consent Notice, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Community Guidelines to understand the standards and processes that apply to your concern.
